Introduction

In our Knowledge Base, we discuss topics related to the CAT tool (memoQ) used to handle translation and verification assignments for medi.global. These include:

memoQ is a well-known and widely used CAT tool. In the Knowledge Base, we have exclusively discussed topics related to the use of this tool in medi.global and memoQ licensing issues.

The following is a collection of materials to get you accustomed to working with memoQ. Please note that some topics (such as creating translation memories or setting up projects on your own) do not apply to medi.global projects.

Please kindly note that memoQ is a third-party tool and medi.global does not provide technical support on topics related to its installation, activation or use. For such issues, please contact memoQ support directly.
You can count on medi.global support in the following issues. Please just contact your PM or VM:
- lack or loss of access to the server project;
- lack or loss of access to project resources (TM, TB, LiveDocs, etc.);
- slow operation or non-functioning of MT plug-ins;
- lack of access or non-functioning of memoQweb;
- CAL licensing issues.
